Below is our current general fee schedule. Prices are subject to change based on job requested.

| Surveillance Services (Normal Business Hours) | $100 Per Hour + Mileage * |
| Testimony or Depositions for General Investigations | $85 Per Hour (3-Hour Minimum) + Mileage * |
| Required to be on “Stand By” for Testimony or Deposition | $250 Minimum Per Day (unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior) |
| * Any additional fees like “database searches” are billed at our cost for the service + time | |

| EDR Downloads | $500 flat fee for most downloads * (includes 15 minute phone consultation about results) |
| Crash Reconstruction | $150 Per Hour |
| Testimony or Depositions for Crash Related Investigations | $150 Per Hour (3 Hour Minimum) + Mileage |
| * We strive to CAP downloads at $500 per vehicle. However, if the vehicle requires additional time and resources to extract the box from the vehicle, or any other delay/complications arise not anticipated, we revert to our hourly Crash Reconstruction rate based on time, whichever is higher. We also don’t charge mileage rates for the first 60 miles (to and from). | |
| * It’s extremely important to recognize that not all crashes record events, meaning (generally) if the crash was not significant enough to record an event regardless of download results (or damaged EDR’s not-downloadable) the client is still responsible for original costs | |
| * Crash Reconstruction relates to anything related to crashes, EDR analysis, Crash Analysis, Drawings, Case Reviews, Reports related to crashes, etc. | |
| Billed Hours, Mileage, Expenses and Special Notes | |
| * Mileage rates are based on IRS standardized mileage rates, currently 0.67 cents per mile and are to and from location | |
| * Billable Hours are to location and time spent only at location (unless specified otherwise) and are billed in quarterly increments | |
